Award Time and the Squigglefly challenge

Over the last week or two, I have received some fab awards but I just haven't had time to post them. Well I have had time to post them ,thats a total lie lol but I haven't had time to really think about who I want to pass them on to.
I have a few to pass on but I am just going to post them here just now and later on (maybe today), I will have a proper think about who I am going to pass them on to and also I need to list some honest things about myself for one of them. That might take a while for me to think of 10 honest things lol.
Right so the first one is from my lovely friend Lorraine (coldwaters)
I also received this one from another of my lovely friends Susie.
Now I do have this one already, but it still means a lot to me, so thank you so much girls for thinking of me.
I also received this one from Susie
Again, this is one I have already received but it means no less to me. Thank you so very much hunnie, I'm happy that I make someone smile!

And last but by no means least is one I received from Vikki. I haven't know Vikki that long but in the short while that we have been visiting each others blogs, I already know that she is a great person and a fab crafter. Thank you so much Vikki, this means so much to me :)

Thank you from the bottom of my heart ladies, I am so touched that you think I deserve these, and I promise I will pass them on asap, but I like to pass them on to people that I think really do deserve them rather than just telling anyone to take them, if you know what I mean.
Well now that I have showed off all my awards, it's time for another Squigglefly challenge.
This week is Kim's teams turn to be featured on the Squigglefly blog and she challenged us to do the out of the box technique, also known as out of bounds technique.

For this card I have used some of the images from the baby set. You get so much in this set and all in two sizes and facing the left and the right, of course you can resize them to whatever size you want too.
I have used my classic scalloped circle nestabilities to do the out of the box technique. If you don't know how to do this, it is really easy, you just cut straight up to the bit of your image that you want to hang out of the box or in this case circle (without cutting any paper off) then place your die over your image as you would normally but take the bit you want out of the circle (the wheels) and place them over the die so it's not on the cutting side, then cut as normal. This will leave you with your scalloped circle or square rectangle or whatever else you want to cut (I must say it is a lot easier with a square or rectangle but I just had to be awkward lol) and the bit you cut round hanging over.
I bet nobody understood that but it made sense in my head lol. I am sure Bev has a tutorial on her blog how to do this with much easier instructions and pictures.
I can't rememeber who makes the designer papers I have used but I do know they are both baby papers. I used some flowers that I won in Lorraines blog candy and some little roses, a tedy charm and some lace from my stash.
I hope some of you will join in with this weeks challenge as there are not much entries the last few weeks, so come on lets see what you can do with the out of the box technique.
Hope to see you there!

Lora x

This is so cute. I really need to try this technique more. I cut my image out with scissors this time. Great job on the challenge.
